2010 AFLA Conference Fees
AFLA dues, speaker fees, and participant meals are included in the Conference Fee.
$155 Conference Registration - Early Bird Rate
Available through May 21st, 2010 - (Fee goes up on 5/22)
$175 Conference Registration - Regular Rate
May 22nd, 2010 through August 31st, 2010 - (Fee goes up on 9/1)
$200 Conference Registration - Late Bird Registration Rate
September 1, 2010 - September 22nd, 2010After September 22nd, you must register on-site: $200
Special Discounted Rate for Interns and First Year Teachers:

Register early and SAVE!
Your conference fee will include attendance at any session of your choice, presented by national, state, and local speakers; Friday evening hors d'oeuvres and dinner; Saturday continental breakfast, lunch and dinner; and Sunday continental breakfast.
Meal confirmation numbers have to be submitted in advance so participants who register on-site at the conference will not have meals included. We cannot add meals after September 22nd, 2010.

AFLA is pleased to be able to offer the convenience of online registration for our members. Online conference registration is being handled through RegOnline. This will allow our members to securely pay for their conference registration with a credit card.

Register by Mail
AFLA would prefer that all members utilize the online registration system so that we can generate registration reports. For those members uncomfortable with registering online, you can download a registration form and mail it in with your payment.
Registration by mail is only available for the Regular Conference Registration Fee or for the Late Registration Fee. Early Bird Registration rates are only available online.

AFLA Refund & Cancellation Policy

AFLA Dues ($40) are included in the conference fee and will not be refunded. Prior to September 1st, 50% of conference fees are refundable. There are no refunds after September 1st, 2010.

The conference hotels for AFLA 2010 are Sheep Mountain Lodge and Majestic Valley Lodge. Click on the links to access their web sites. Be sure to ask for the AFLA (World Languages) conference rate when making your reservation.
