For the AFLA 2009 conference, we have arranged a 10% reduction on selected flights on Alaska Airlines. Please see the information below:
The Meeting Discount Code for your event, "AFLA 2009 Conference", is now activated for immediate use at http://www.alaskaair.com.
Please advise your meeting participants to access AlaskaAir.com and input the Meeting Discount Code, ECCMB1131 into the Discount Code box after selecting departing and returning cities and dates of travel in the Flights Quick Search box.
The discount will be applied to any authorized flights, dates and cities that meet the criteria of the prearranged meeting code. Please note that some connecting cities or lengthy layovers may not allow the discount on all segments.
General advisories regarding the use of the Meeting Discount Code may be viewed on a pull up screen after inputting the Discount Code and clicking on the question mark shown.
No ticketing fee will apply when booking on AlaskaAir.com, however, a $15.00 ticketing fee will apply for bookings made by calling into the Group Desk.
